Want to add your application to a Facebook page’s tab? Use this url:

https://www.facebook.com/dialog/pagetab?app_id=YOUR_APP_ID&next=YOUR_URL

Where YOUR_URL is the canvas url - the real site of the app on your domain (not the path in Facebook).
